These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Product Manager 365 website, waitlist and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who we are

Product Manager 365 is an ecosystem of Align AI agents developed and operated by Upsilon Holdings ("we", "us", "our"). References to "you" mean any person or organisation using the Service.

2. Beta / waitlist access

By joining the waitlist, you are expressing interest in receiving information about early access, onboarding and product updates. We do not guarantee access, availability, feature set or launch dates. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any accounts, systems or networks connected to the Service.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding, designs and software associated with Product Manager 365 are owned by or licensed to Upsilon Holdings and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms.

5. No warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upsilon Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
